WORKSHOP REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your workshop registration for whatever reason, please do so in writing, an email will suffice. We recognise that unforeseen personal circumstances may arise impacting your ability to attend our workshop(s), however Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd will not accept responsibility for these.

 

Cancellation requests:

  • In the event of cancellation prior to in excess of 21 business days before the start of workshop, Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd will refund all workshop payments made less a A$99.00 (inc GST) cancellation and admin fee. 

  • Received 14 to 21 business days prior to the workshop date: A credit toward attendance at a future scheduled workshop taking place within 12 months of the original workshop. Rescheduling is allowed on a one-time basis only, with no further rescheduling permitted. If you do not attend a workshop within 12 months from the original workshop, the entire workshop fee will be forfeited.

  • Less than 14 business days prior to the start of the workshop date, or failure to appear for the workshop, will result in forfeiture of the workshop fee.

 

Prior to the start of the workshop, a substitute may attend in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are transferring your registration — please note that a transfer of registration will incur a A$99 (inc GST) administration processing fee. This also includes transferring from one workshop venue to another. This does not apply to free workshops.

 

Any additional administration on payments or workshop matters including change of details, additional contact, requests for additional copies or changes to the attendance certificate or tax invoice will incur a A$99 (inc GST) administration fee per item. This does not apply to free workshops.

 

Please note that refunds can take up to 60 days to process.

 

Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to the any workshop without notice.

 

In the event Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd is required to cancel a workshop, then a full refund will be made of the workshop registration fee. Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any cost other than the workshop payment.

 

Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline entry to any of our workshops to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund less a A$99 (inc GST) cancellation fee will be remitted to the refused registrant. The cancellation fee does not apply to free workshops.

Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd training workshops are directed at interested helping- professionals from all industries. Workshop content information is available on our website. There are generally no prerequisites to attending Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd workshops. You are welcome to attend, however you attend under your own volition.

 

Points of You (Australia) Pty Ltd takes no responsibility as to the suitability of any workshop.
